4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the ph479 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. 4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. 5.2 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ph479 Account are legally owned by you, free of any lien or encumbrance, and are not derived from any illegal activity. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The current minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum amounts are subject to change; the current minimum is displayed on the deposit page.
5.4 No Deposit Interest. ph479 does not pay interest on funds held in Player Account wallets.
5.5 Failed or Disputed Transactions. If a deposit transaction fails to credit to your ph479 wallet, you must contact ph479 support within 72 hours of the transaction with your payment provider's reference number. ph479 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within five (5) business days.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on the ph479 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise indicated. ph479 does not currently accept foreign currency deposits directly.
6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the ph479 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
6.2 Processing Times. ph479 endeavors to process verified withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

Evidence of bonus abuse may result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of related winnings, and permanent Account suspension.
VIP tier cashback and monthly bonus credits are subject to the VIP Program Terms published separately on the ph479 Platform. VIP benefits are earned at ph479's discretion and constitute a privilege, not a contractual entitlement.
8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the ph479 Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. 12.4 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, ph479's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

13.2 Termination by ph479. ph479 may permanently close an Account where a Player has materially breached these Terms, particularly in cases of fraud, multi-accounting, money laundering, or underage gambling. Upon permanent closure, any Real Money Balance determined to be legitimately owned by the Player (net of any bonus-derived amounts under investigation) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method.

14.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.4 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe ph479 has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR through their official regulatory channels.
15.1 Right to Amend. ph479 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via notification on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to the registered Account address.
15.2 Effective Date. Amendments take effect on the date indicated in the updated Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 Non-Acceptance. If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3. ph479 will process the closure and return any eligible Real Money Balance.
